Student price didn't renew after credit card expired

Hi all,

I cancelled the credit card that I was using for Spotify and forgot to update with the new details. I was notified when the charge didn't go through on the old card, so I updated my details on my phone and was charged $4.99. It kept saying that my payment details weren't updated, so I updated on my laptop and was charged $9.99. When I tried to re-enter the student subscription it said that I already have the promotion, even though I was charged the full price.
