Student's subscription failing

 

Hello, I wanted to start student's subscription like ~2 weeks ago, but the process of verification took too long and I've forgot about it. Then I received an e-mail that Sheer ID verification is successful and I can now register student's plan. I've clicked the link and it didn't get me anywhere - I think it's not valid anymore. I tried starting student's subscription once again but it says that it's already done on my e-mail.

 

So what's going on? I'm already verified, but I can't create this subscription. Can someone please help me solve this madness?
