My Question or Issue

I have verified my student but the message says “

Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium.” And this is my first time and never buy with student account before.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you use the Student plan.

If you've successfully received your confirmation email from SheerID but can't activate the plan, consider trying the following:

• if you use a VPN, disable it, as it can interfere with server communication in many ways
• try to activate the plan on different devices and different networks
• If you have an active subscription, especially if it's Family or Duo, consider cancelling it and waiting for your account to revert to free before subscribing to Student
