Switched from Duo to student, now cant undo

Hi,

I recently tried to switch my premium duo account to a student plan as my husband is a student. However, we didnt realize that is only for 1 person, and I added his student knfo to my account. I cancelled immediately,  but I want the student account to apply to his profile, not mine.

The best course of action here would be for you to reach out to us directly here. It's possible to move the student verification from your account to your husband's and then he can get the discounted Student plan on his own. When reaching out, make sure both of you have all of your payment and account information on hand, as our team will need it to find the accounts and verify you as the respective owners.
