Já fiz a atualização e mesmo assim vem descontando o valor de $19,90. Como faço par alterar e vou ter o reembolso?

Thanks for the post.

Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

If you've successfully reactivated your student discount on your Spotify account and your bill hasn't yet changed to 9.90$, you'd need to re-upload your payment details, so that the system can account for the change and update your subscription type.

All you need to do is go to your Account Page > and hit the Update button where it says your Premium plan type.
