My Question or Issue

I was verified for the student plan, but when I click in the link that was sent to my email a message appears saying: “We couldn’t find the page you were looking for”. I have changed my billing card since I have moved permanently from Panama to Spain, but still shows the same message.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

We get that you have some sort of issue with renewing you Student subscription after moving to Spain. Please note that the verifications are carried out by our partner SheerID, and they're responsible for supporting this process. What we can suggest is to try open the sent link once again, but this time from an incognito window of your browser as this could resolve possible cache-related issues. See if this will make any difference for you.

 

If the above doesn't help, then we suggest you to head over to the folks at  SheerID support, who are best prepared to give you a helping hand with this.
