My Question or Issue

 I send my student document/wrote my mastercard information for premium account, but they didnt return to me, and my account is still free, can not use premium.

We use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. Although the verification process can take a few days, we're sure that they'll reply to your request as soon as possible and you'll get a confirmation message to your email address once they're done.
