Unable to confirm I am a student

I am trying to sign up for the Student Spotify/Hulu subscription however I am getting a message after putting in my card info, name and school (which is showing up as sugguested school) it gives me an error message saying " Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student.  Please check your details and try again. If we still can't confirm your details, you won't be charged. Any pending charges on your card statement will disappear in a few days." Is there an option to upload docs to prove that I am a student?

Hey @brcooper Welcome to the Spotify Community! 

Unfortunately that is the only way to verify that you are a student to my knowledge. It wouldnt accept you if your student ID is either incorrect or not valid. SheerID is a system which verifies your student ID through the school. Double check to make sure that you inputed the correct ID number.

The thing it, its not asking for my student ID- it only asks the name of my school and my name..
