My Question or Issue

Hello. I have been renewed my student premium account in January 2021. The payment was normal on February 2021. But my payment plan was changed to normal Premium on March 2021, automatically. After that, I clicked the link which came when I verified my student ID on January 2021 and it said you can use this plan until March 2022. I do not understand what is happened? Could you explain why did that happen?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

When you renew your student discount and receive the confirmation email from SheerID, you must activate it so it gets applied to your account and your upcoming payments are for the discounted fare. You just need to click on the green Get Discount button in the confirmation email you received and follow the steps to register your payment details again. You can also do it here.
