Universität lässt sich bei Verifizierung nicht auswählen

Ich wollte mich für den Premium Students Tarif anmelden. Jedoch wird bei der Verrifizierung meines Studentenstatus, in dem Feld "Name der Hochschule/Universität", meine Eingabe (Ruhr Universität Bochum) sofort gelöscht, wenn ich das Eingabefeld verlasse. Nach ein paar versuchen wurde mir nicht einmal mehr eine Auswahl möglicher Universitäten angezeigt. Ich habe die Browser Chrome und Microsoft Edge probiert und auch die App über mein Handy (Huawei p20 lite).
