Used inactive Hulu account for Spotify and Hulu doesn’t work

I just signed up for Spotify Premium for Students and I went to go activate my Hulu subscriptions and I used the same email as I have on my Spotify account. Problem, I believe, is the Hulu account activate was previously inactive and now it won’t let me see any content. When I log into Hulu it just send me to my account and tells me to resume my previous subscription. There is no option to deactivate it from my Spotify so I can just make a completely new Hulu account or anything. I even changed my Hulu account email to a new one in case that was the issue. No change. And when I got to my Spotify service page, it just says start  watching. Please help!

Could you try it again once more through a PC/laptop and an incognito window? If the issue persists, send us over a short video or a screenshot showing the issue you see from your end.
