Verified Student Account No Longer Linking to Hulu Account

My Question or Issue

I have been a verified student account for almost a year, Recently I was signed out of my HULU account. When I tried to log back in, it asks me to re-subscribe. I use the same email address for both HULU and Spotify. I am verified until 6/2023. There is NO option to re-link your Spotify and Hulu/Showtime accounts on the DESKTOP website of Spotify. I am already verified so how do I get my Spotify Hulu account up and running again. I am paying for something I can't even use.
