My Question or Issue

I got my student discount. When I verified my account, I accidentally verified the wrong account. How do I switch verification?

Hey @xuluaphiwe939, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Since SheerID manages verification, it’s best to get in touch with them for any eligibility issues. 

 

Another option would be waiting for your Premium Student on the other account to expire and revert to Free and then subscribe to Premium Student using the original account intended.
