We'd first recommend heading here to apply the discounted rate on your account. Once you've gone through the steps, the discounted rate should kick in at your next billing date.

Just to confirm, have you already tried to apply the Student Discount to your Spotify, however you're still being charged for regular Premium?

If so, can you double check the steps here for us?
