My Question or Issue
When I've been trying to verify my details for the student pricing, the birthday keeps showing up wrong, which I think is what is not allowing me to get the student discount. However, my birthday is correct in my profile and account.

Start off by trying again in an incognito window on your PC. Sometimes cache can lead to issues when working in a browser. Once you've opened the private window, click here to activate the student discount offer.
If you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with a link for activation. Check your inbox, as well as your spam/junk folders and promotional or social tabs, and click on the link from SheerID to activate the offer.
In case you receive an error message, send us a screenshot displaying it. You can use the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
