Start off by trying again in an incognito window on your PC. Sometimes cache can lead to issues when working in a browser. Once you've opened the private window, click here to activate the student discount offer.
If you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with a link for activation. Check your inbox, as well as your spam/junk folders and promotional or social tabs, and click on the link from SheerID to activate the offer.
In case you receive an error message, send us a screenshot displaying it. You can use the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
