Why can't I reverify my student account?

I'm a student and I missed the timeline for reverification because of a tough personal situation I was dealing with. It should not be this difficult to reverify my account. The reverification link says "Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student. Please check your details and try again." Can someone please help me.
