You charged me the regular price of premium, though I have Student premium

Hi,
My bank details were changed and afterwards you charged me with the regular premium price, even though I have proven in February that I'm a student and applicable for student discount.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you've validated your student status but were charged the regular price for Premium, it might be that you didn't finish the process and activate the discount in your Spotify profile. Please go through the verification flow again and use this guide in case you get any error messages.
