Trying to switch to a student plan. When I complete the verification form, it says that I have already redeemed this offer.

To start with, can you let us know if you've received the confirmation email from Sheer-ID and followed the steps/links from the most recent Sheer-ID email?

quand je selectionne l'offre etudiant , je fait les verifications de compte, mais a la fin il est ecrit "vous avez deja profité de l'offre"
