Hi, @janexkw
Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!
Let's try some basic steps in advance, ok? I recommend you try to access the link using another browser or device, and it is worth trying to clean the caches and cookies of your browser, just to make sure they won't mess it up.

If the issue persists, I'd ask you to give me more information about what is happening. You can share with me any error message you're getting and the exact steps you're taking, since the beginning, please.

Keep me posted! I'd love to continue helping you...

Regards,

Luan

Hi again!

Just to make sure we are on the same page, you're getting the eligibility certificate from SherID, right? Could you try to start over through this link, please? Just have in mind some notes:

  • If your institution is not listed in the SheerID verification form, you’re not eligible for the discount at this time.
  • You do not need to register your student email address to your Spotify account to be eligible for the discount.
  • You can’t pay for Premium Student by mobile billing or another company (e.g. your phone or internet provider).
    • If you already pay this way, you need to cancel your subscription and re-sign up with an eligible payment method.
  • The payment methods offered in the signup flow depend on your location.
  • If you are studying abroad, your account’s country or region matches where you’re studying and you need to use a payment method issued there.

Keep me posted!
