can't sign up for spotify student

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone, I've verified myself as a student via the website. Then I got kicked out of the page in order to sign up for Spotify Student and now I can't link my profile to the verfication. I got an email on my student account but can't go any further. If I try verifying again it says that I've already used the student verification.. Can anyone help?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If you see an error message, that you have already redeemed this offer, it means that SheerID has already sent you a link for the activation of the offer. If you can't find the link even in your spam folder, you'll have to contact SheerID directly to get a new link.
