ja realizei todos os processos pra habilitar a função premium universitário porem foi descontado o valor normal da conta premium 19,90 quando tento habilitar novamente chega a mensagem de " Você já aproveitou esta oferta."

When you receive the complete charge for the Premium subscription, it's possible that the discount was not activated in the correct account, or that the process was not fully completed.


First, we'd recommend trying the renewal process again from an incognito/private window to see if you have the same error message.


If the issue persists, it's also possible that the discount was activated in a different account by mistake. In this case, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account, look for the discount and help you further.
