i can't renew my student discount

i got an email telling me to renew my student discount but when i click the link there's nothing to click to renew, only a button saying "back to music". it expires in a month and i'm still a student at the same university as last year, just taking a different degree but i don't want to lose any of my downloads and want to remain premium
