i changed to student plan and i just paid a regular premium

like a week ago I registered as student in the web and i changed it to student plan, i was going to pay the student plan the next pay but now i see i pay the regular premium, id like to have the diference of the plan, ive already send my documents to check i'm a student

Thanks for the post.

When subscribing to Premium Student, after you've been verified by SheerID, you'll receive a confirmation. Once that is done, you need to update the payment method on your Spotify account in order to finish the process, so the system can change your subscription status to Premium Student. 

Once that is done, you'll see the status of your subscription on your account page change to the reduced price.

 Hi everyone,

I’m currently subscribed to the Premium Individual plan (₹119/month), and I was charged two days ago for this month’s payment, so I still have 28 days left on my current subscription.

I’m trying to switch to the Premium Student plan (₹59/month), but when I go through the process, it asks me to pay for the Student plan immediately. I don’t want to lose the ₹119 I already paid for this month’s subscription.

Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I switch to the Student plan without being charged again right now, or at least make sure I don’t lose the remaining days of my current plan?

Any help would be appreciated!
