To investigate this issue, we need to gather as much information as possible to give you an answer more accurate to your needs. In case you're having an error message trying to join the Premium Student subscription, it could be related to some issues with the network connection. We'd first recommend trying from another browser using a different Wi-Fi network if possible.

 

However, if you don't have the option available, it could be related to market restrictions. Keep in mind that the Premium Student is only available in some countries, but not all of them. To make sure the subscription is available in your country, go to the subscription page, scroll down to see the available plans and check if you have the Student listed.

 

In case the plan is listed, include in your next response a screenshot where we can see the plan listed and the error message you're getting to continue investigating the case.
