issue with premium student account

I had a premiuim spotify account made from a google email id account that has been disabled by the administrator. In that account i had used my college id to get  the student premium version of spotify. Now i have created a new account and want to verify my college id but thats not possbile because student email id can be verified only once a year. 

the previous account cannot be accessed as it has been completely disabled by the administrator.

How do i verify my email id a second time to avail the student premiuim spotify account...
