my college isnt "eligible"

i am trying to register for spotify student, and when i go to select my college in the advanced search, its saying that my college isnt eligible even though all my friends are able to register for it from the same college. i attend Collin County Community College District, and its a Title IV school so i dont understand why i am unable to register for the spotify student.

If you don’t see your university/college listed during sign up, it’s not supported right now. 

Request to add a college/university
