Моє запитання чи проблема

Я забув змінити свої студентські дані після вступу в інший університет і не помітив, що у мене звичайна підписка, чи можна повернути різницю в ціні цих підписок, якщо я вже був студентом на момент виписки?

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community.

 

Firstly, make sure your subscription is now actually changed to Student. If you've successfully verified again, check your account page and make sure that the next price listed is the discounted one. If it isn't, then update your subscription here. After this is sorted, compensation may be possible.

 

Any and all refund requests are handled via our support team, you can reach out to them any time. Be advised that refunds can only be processed within 14 days of the date of purchase. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
