Hello,

I tried to sign up for Spotify premium as a student and after getting verified nothing happened so I go back here https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/purchase/products/?country=CA and then I see that the default plan given is still the $9.99/month but when I try to change plans it goes to GET STUDENT. So I click on it and it says "You have already redeemed this offer." Any help?

I'd recommend checking your email inbox for a confirmation email from SheerID that contains a link to activate Premium for Students.

If you haven't heard from them yet, you can also get in touch with the team from SheerID, so that they can check your status again.
