spotify is charging me for nothing

I wanted to apply for student premium version and there are some steps to verify my id. but i didnr even manage to type the info about me, to pick the uni and send the confirmation document, but SPOTIFY charged me and my status didnt change. I just wrote my card number and money were charged in 3 minutes. now, when i want to continue and send my student ID or whatever, they are saying that this card is already exist and i cannot continue this operation. Can someone help me ???? i have the confirmation from the bank that the money were sent to spotify but my status is still free
