Hi everyone, 

today i've been trying to get a premium subscription with my italian account, but after I entered my datas on SheerID page I hadn't been redirected to my Uni page where I could validate my infos. I tried to refresh the page, then I tried once again to repeat the process but nothing has change. morever the amount of the subscriprion has been charged twice in my credit card but my account is still free.

oggi ha provato ad attivare la sottoscrizione a spotify premium come studentesa italiana. dopo aver inserito i miei dati, mi appare la pagina di SheerID che mi comunica che sarei stata reindirizzata alla pagina della mia universtá per confermare la mia identitá di studentessa, ma ció non avviene. ho provato ad aggiornare la pagina e a ripetere il procedimento daccapo con il solo risultato di vedermi accreditata due vole sula carta di credito la cifra per la sottoscrizione premium
