switching universities

hello,

I'm currently signed up for spotify premium for students but I had to sign up with my old college because I wasn't officially enrolled in the university that I go to now. 

I know I keep my premium and student benefits for another year basically, but before that year is up I want to switch to my new university so I can keep everything for the next three years. 

so my question is: how do I change my university on my profile??
