why can't i buy premium? Spotify is not taking my payment.

whenever i key in my bank details, there's a grey page that says the web address have been shifted and it's not taking my payment. I'm trying for the student plan and I'm already a verified student for a year.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. 

If your student discount was already verified, then just make sure that the payment method you want to use with your subscription meets these requirements. If it does, we suggest that you try subscribing again at spotify.com/student, using a Google Chrome incognito window from a desktop computer if possible. We also suggest trying with a different internet network. 

Let us know if you're able to subscribe after that.
