If your student discount was already verified, then just make sure that the payment method you want to use with your subscription meets these requirements. If it does, we suggest that you try subscribing again at spotify.com/student, using a Google Chrome incognito window from a desktop computer if possible. We also suggest trying with a different internet network.
Let us know if you're able to subscribe after that.
