Can't access student discount after changing country from Canada

Hi,

 

I recently started school at Stanford and changed my country from Canada to the USA. Earlier I was on a family plan and now I want to change to premium for students. However, the discount keeps defaulting. Any help is appreciated.

I'd recommend you post this issue in one of the help boards. You can do that from here. That way, its it's easier and faster for you to get help. Hope this makes sense to you 🙂
