Can't add/remove members on a family plan

Hi! 

     I am experiencing an issue when I try to add or remove a member under my family plan through Spotify web portal. All I keep having is this message: Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.

Anybody has an idea on how to fix this? Thanks for your help!

I sent an invitation to two family members. I can't see anything at my page; it is blank; can't add or remove anyone. They can't not use the code they received to upgrade theirs accounts either. I am totally stuck....
