Cannot Invite Family Members

We have just purchased a Family Plan for the 5 in our family. When I tried to send the invites, no one could set up an account.  When we tried, my wife's music would play on my phone, my music would play on my daughter's phone, and so it continued. We tried uninstalling the Spotify app, resendig invites, and it still happens. The only one connected is my daughter who already had a free account.

 

It shouldn't be this hard, should it? I have read many posts from people who had similar problems, but we are still unable to use our account.  Does anyone have a suggestion?
