My Question or Issue

He disfrutado del descuento para estudiantes hasta ayer, que me cobraron 10€ de nuevo sin avisar que finalizaba dicho descuento.

Esta mañana he vuelto a activarlo, y mi pregunta es si me van a devolver los 5€ que me corresponde por el descuento.

In this case, we suggest you reach out to us here with your account info within 14 days of the payment being made. 

Otherwise, the difference won't be refunded, and you'll start paying at the discounted rate on your next renewal date.
