Family Plan Issues

My mother is trying to join my plan. She previously logged in with Facebook. My invitation is not registering with her Spotify account. How can I separate the two accounts and have her use my family account? Yes, we live together.

Is your mother able to cancel her account and then resign up and join your family plan?
This may be the best workaround for your issue!
