I'm being refused the access to our family plan. I don't know what to do to solve it.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!
Keep in mind that members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If we’re having troubles verifying the members of a Premium for Family plan, they will be removed from the plan.
In this case, we'd suggest reaching out once more to your plan's owner and ask them to reinvite you once more following the steps here. You can then open an incognito or private window in your browser and accept the invitation anew.
