Famly doesen't get the invite-mail?

I am sending the invite but the mail doesen't arive. And it's not in the junk mail eather???

If the email isn't reaching your family member, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

As a last resource, you can try sending the invite to an alternate email to see if they receive it.

Hi! It doesn't work for me either and we tried it every way possible. I tried clearing caché and cookies and using an incognito window but nothing worked. What other solutions are there to this problem?

Just to confirm, did you try sending the invite to an alternate email as well?
