Google home Mini not free (Family premium)

Google home Mini not free (Family premium)

I recently purchased the Family premium due to the google home mini deal. I received confimartion that my google home mini was reserved. When I click the link to obtain the google home mini, the google store still wants to charge me for the device. I talked to google and they said I had ot speak to Spotify. As there is no direct support I have come here. What am I doing wrong?

Also when I click to redeem the offer on spotify's website I get this: "Thank you so much!
You've already successfully registered your interest in this offer"

Hey @Cryosin89, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

I understand your frustration. Could you send me a screenshot of the message telling you that you still have to pay a certain amount? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Let me know how you get on 🙂

I am having this same issue. I upgraded to the family plan and I got an email saying my device was ready, but when I go to checkout, there is do discount applied and says I owe 49. Can someone help?

I am experiencing the same issue. What steps do I need to take to correct this?

Just wait. That's what I did and it eventually worked for me.
