Got kicked out of Spotify-Family, even though I live at the same adress

My Question or Issue

Sooo..
My mates and I created a spotfiy family account and now one of my flatmates and myself got kicked out of the account and we dont know why.

 

We live at the exact same adress but I travel a lot for work and my flatmate studies in another close by city. We still live at the same adress so we are not sure why we got kicked out.

 

Can someone help us?

Hey @notfkimsure,

 

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is reaching Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.

Hey there @notfkimsure!

 

Sorry to hear your having this issue.

Sometimes information initialy given to Spotify don’t match the ones updated in the system.

The data might be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, hence the removal of some users.

Please try and have the admin sending messege through incognito web page.

Everytime I try to accept an invitation, it says there was a problem. Everything worked fine for 3 months. It seems like my flatmate and I are blocked or something similar.

 

I will try to send it with incognito and hope that works. I will report back if that worked.

It says: You cannot join this Family Subscription.

 

I think the problem is that it already worked for a couple of month.
