My sister invited me with the premium for family but I just dont receive the mail.

we tried it several times but it still doesnt work.

 

can someone help me plz

Have you tried sending a new invitation through an incognito window on a desktop PC? Once that's done, check all the folders in your email, including the spam and trash ones. Also, try to double-check the email address registered in your account from this link.

Hola, pague el plan familiar pero a uno de mis familiares les aparece que ya es parte de la familia y que su cuenta es premium pero al intentar cambiar canciones o retroceder alguna cancion le pide que pague la cuenta premium.
