More payment options for student discount premium (Philippines)

Can you expand the payment options for this promo? It only accepts credit cards. We're still students, most of us don't have that. Thank you.

Totally agree! I was hoping to pay via Globe load but unfortunately it did not offer that option 😞

The marked solution doesn't relate to the question.

The OP --we want to have an option to pay via one of the major cellular carriers here in the Philippines. We could pay via carriers only through the undiscounted price. But whenever we try to use the student discount, we only get the credit card option. As a student, we don't have a card (at least students here in the Philippines).

That student discount would be a really great help for us. I can't live without the service this company is offering. Hoping for updates?

At the moment, there is only an option to pay by card for the student discount.

The link supplied in the solution is a community idea, what his means is if it gets enough votes, Spotify will look into introducing it if possible.

I see. But the 'community idea' is about supporting PayPal payment --which requires a Credit Card, too.

More Spotify users will likely to avail premium accounts if you expand the payment option via payments thru GLOBE and SMART here in the Philippines. We are students that is why it is difficult for us to pay via credit cards. It would be a great help for music-lover students here in the PH. Hoping for you to consider this concern.
