My daughters spotify account wont link to my family premium account

Trying to connect to an Ipod Touch

Hi there.  Im in Australia and I've just tried to link up my daughter's spotify account to my premium family account.  From my device it says that she is now active on my premium family  account however when she gets on to her ipod touch it wont recognise that she is part of the family account.  I am beyond frustrated.  I have uninvited and then reinvited her to restart the process.  She only has one spotify account and one email address. 

Does anybody have any idea of how I can link this up?

Thanks for doing some troubleshooting steps. Could you try sending the invite using a different email address? If that doesn't help, please send the invite using a different browser or incognito mode.
