Hello dear community

I would like to manage my Spotify Familiy account, 
but if I click in the browser on the field will
appear a error message: Oops! There was something
wrong. Try it again. Do you know what that could be? Thank you  Simon

Had the same problem, no answers from support.

I unsubed from premium family and then resubed and added all the people again.

Not a pretty solution but it seems to work

Unsubscribe and resubscribe didn't fix the issue. Still not able to manage Premium Family.

Same problem here! Tried 3 devices, private tab, logging out and in, 3 different browsers! Ridiculous now!!!

I did the same thing, I even chated with them on Twitter and all they said was they are looking into this. I did see message on here from 2014 with the same issue.  Wonder is this is an ongoing problem.

I got this same issue. I thought it was only on my end. Clearing browser history & changing browsers does not help.

Same problem, it's really bothering me. I hope they give us a solution.

I had a chat with their support. They added a member manually for me, and told me their tech team is looking into the issue.

Everything seems to work now, as of today.

Nope, not working for me. boo hoo

 

It worked earlier and I was able to free up one slot, however when I am adding a new member, the error came up again *sad* chat support on facebook is not responding.
