Paying for a family service i cant use

I need help. Ive been paying for tge premium family service for months and stil havent figured out how to add accountsw. i sent invites to both my husband and my daughter, and nothing works. At this point im ready to give up

Hello there,

Sorry to read you're having problems adding your family members to the plan. 

Don't worry, since you've already sent them an invite, all they need to do now is to accept the invitation by opening the link they received and click ACCEPT INVITATION. They should be on Premium right away.

Just please be sure that they're logged into their own account when accepting the invitation.
