Buenas tardes. Yo me subscribí al Spotify Premium de S/18.90, sin embargo este mes me llego la factura por el plan Familiar de S/28.90 que en ningún momento he aceptado. Necesito una solución, gracias

It seems as though your account has been upgraded to a Family plan, hence the difference in price. Could you make sure that the payment for S/28.90 went through, and that it's not a pending charge?

 

If you're sure that the amount has been charged to your card, and that you didn't subscribe to a Family plan by mistake, then we suggest you reach out to our Customer Support team here, who will be able to help you secure your account.
