Problema cambio de tarjeta

He tenido que cambiar mi tarjeta para el pago del plan familiar y, después de hacerlo, han echado de mi plan a toda mi familia y ahora (cuando les mando la invitación) no les deja conectarse.

 

Alguien puede ayudarme?

Sorry to hear your family can't join the Premium for Family plan. Let's see what we can do! Here are some things to check first:

  • If they’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
  • If they didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

We suggest you also check out this page, especially the 'The invite isn't working' tab. This should help you out!
