Removing Person from Premium for Family Account

Removing Person from Premium for Family Account

In my Premium for Family account, the email associated with my wife's name is not hers. We do not know this email address nor who it is associated with. I have attempted to remove that person/account, but when I try a small red circle with a slash [like this (/) ] appears.  How can I get help to remove this person?
